Refund policy

Mistakes happen, so we'll gladly accept returns on new, unused products for at least 30 days after the purchase date.  

To keep our prices as low as possible, we do have to charge either the shipping cost for the return or a 10% restocking fee (whichever is lower).  

If the mistake was made by us (wrong product sent, wrong size, incorrect customization, defective product, etc.) we'll cover the return and all associated shipping in full. 

To initiate a return, send an email to hunter@americanhurling.com with your order number, what you want to return, and, optionally, what the issue is that is prompting the return, so that we can provide the appropriate customer service.  Return labels will be sent to the email associated with the order or, if no email was originally provided, to the email address that you initiate the return with.
